By booking services with Mrs Kleaning USA, you agree to the following terms:
We offer professional cleaning and sanitizing services for houses, offices and comercial spaces as requested during scheduling.
Payment must be made at the time of booking via credit or debit card. Payments are securely processed through Square.
We understand that plans may change. Clients must notify us at least twenty-four (24) business hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment to request a cancellation or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 business hours’ notice: A fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service amount will be charged.
- No access upon arrival: If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service amount will be charged.
- Emergencies: We acknowledge that unforeseen emergencies may arise and will evaluate such situations with reasonable flexibility and discretion.
This policy is intended to ensure fair scheduling practices and appropriate compensation for our team members.
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, our team will return to your location to redo the service at no additional charge.
Customers are responsible for adequately preparing the area before service delivery and informing us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions that could affect service performance.

Mrs Kleaning USA is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to properly inform us of environmental conditions or pre-existing damages at the service location.

Mrs Kleaning USA Offers SMS notifications for appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant communications related to our carpet and upholstery cleaning services.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin the SMS messaging service, sign up again via the online form or other original opt-in methods. Upon successful re-subscription, SMS communications will resume.
